Natural Respiratory Relief: Simple Techniques for Improved Breathing

Introduction:

If you or a loved one is grappling with respiratory problems or facing challenges in getting enough oxygen into your body's cells, various factors such as asthma, bronchitis, COPD, common cold, or flu may be contributing. However, there's a simple and effective technique that can provide significant relief. This approach is not only fast and safe but also non-invasive. We will focus on two key Master points along the lung meridian, specifically on the thumb side, known as the radial side.

Technique:

• Lung Meridian Points in the Elbow Crease:

• Begin by taking one deep breath through your nose, expanding your lungs and diaphragm.

• Exhale completely through your mouth.

• Locate the first point in the middle of the elbow crease on the thumb side, just outside the bicep tendon.

• Apply gentle pressure to the depression on the radial side of the tendon.

• Hold this point for 30 seconds to a minute, experiencing potential changes behind the nasal area.

• Lung Meridian Points on the Thumb Side (Athena Eminence):

• Find the tender spot on the thumb side of the hand, in the area corresponding to the lung meridian.

• Apply pressure to the tender spot, even if it feels a bit sore.

• Hold this point for 30 seconds to a minute, paying attention to sensations in the nasal and hand areas.

• Breathing Technique:

• After holding each point, take a deep breath through your nose.

• Exhale through your mouth.

• Repeat this breathing cycle three times.

Explanation:

As you hold these points, you may notice changes such as pressure, dripping sensations, or pressure behind the eyes. These are indicators that the technique is influencing the sinuses and respiratory system positively. The goal is to make breathing easier and improve oxygen intake into the lungs with less effort.

The importance of breathing through the nose is highlighted, as it stimulates the secretion of nitric oxide in the sinus region. Nitric oxide has the ability to expand bronchioles and arteries, facilitating better oxygen flow to cells, tissues, organs, and glands. This not only aids in respiratory issues but also contributes to overall health, energy levels, and better sleep.

Conclusion:

Incorporating this simple yet powerful technique into your routine can provide numerous health benefits. Whether you're dealing with respiratory challenges or aiming for enhanced well-being, practicing these points and mindful breathing through the nose can make a significant difference. Share this information with your loved ones, and make it a part of your self-care routine for a healthier, more vibrant life.
